  • Worked as a research associate at the Design and Usability Center (DUC) at Bentley College in Waltham, MA from May 2006 to January 2008. The DUC operates as a consulting group with clients from all over the world.
  • Graduated from Bentley College in December 2007 with an MS in Human Factors in Information Design.
